Return Period
You may return standard wall shelving products within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided the items meet our return conditions. The return period begins on the date you receive the product. Custom and limited edition pieces have specific return conditions as outlined below.
Eligible Returns
To qualify for a return, your wall shelving must meet all of the following conditions:
- Item is unused, uninstalled, and in original condition as received
- Original packaging is intact, undamaged, and includes all materials
- All hardware, mounting components, and documentation are included
- Return is initiated within 30 days of delivery date
- Valid proof of purchase is provided
- Product has not been modified, altered, or customized
Non-Returnable Items
The following wall shelving products cannot be returned or refunded:
- Custom-made shelving designed to your specific requirements
- Limited edition pieces that have been delivered and accepted
- Shelving that has been installed, mounted, or used
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or accidents
- Items without original packaging or with missing components
- Products purchased during special promotional sales marked as final sale
Return Process
To initiate a return of your wall shelving, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return
- Receive return authorization number and detailed shipping instructions
- Carefully package the shelving in its original packaging with all components
- Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team
- Retain tracking information and proof of shipment for your records
Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted or processed.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned wall shelving, we will process your refund according to these terms:
- Inspection typically takes 3-5 business days after receipt
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days of inspection approval
- Refunds include the product cost minus any applicable restocking fee
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or defect
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase
- You will receive email confirmation once your refund is processed
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for different sizes, finishes, or styles of wall shelving within 30 days of delivery, subject to product availability:
- Contact our customer service team to discuss available exchange options
- Return the original shelving following our standard return process
- Pay any price difference if the replacement item costs more
- Receive credit if the replacement item costs less
- New shelving will be shipped once the original is received and inspected
Damaged or Defective Items
If your wall shelving arrives damaged or has manufacturing defects, please contact us immediately:
- Report damage or defects within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photographs of the damage or defect from multiple angles
- Keep all original packaging materials for inspection
- Do not attempt to install or use damaged products
- We will arrange for replacement or full refund at no cost to you
- Return shipping for damaged or defective items is covered by Thrixxenslozarin
Warranty Claims
All wall shelving products include a 5-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and structural integrity. Warranty claims are handled separately from returns and refunds. For warranty service, please contact our customer service team with your proof of purchase and description of the issue.
Order Cancellations
Orders for standard wall shelving can be cancelled for a full refund under these conditions:
- Cancellation request made within 24 hours of order placement
- Order has not yet entered production or shipping process
- Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun
- Limited edition purchases are final upon payment confirmation
- Contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order
Restocking Fee
Standard wall shelving returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover inspection, repackaging, and administrative costs. This fee is deducted from your refund amount. Restocking fees do not apply to:
- Damaged products
- Defective items
- Incorrectly shipped products
- Returns due to our error
International Returns
For customers outside Norway, additional terms apply:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Any applicable customs fees or import duties are non-refundable
- Contact us before initiating an international return to discuss the process
- International returns may take longer to process
Refusal of Delivery
If you refuse delivery of your wall shelving order, standard return terms apply including restocking fees and non-refundable shipping costs. Please inspect packages upon delivery and report any visible damage to the carrier immediately.
