Payment Terms

Delivery and Installation

Standard shelving products typically ship within 2-3 weeks of order confirmation. Custom and limited edition pieces require 6-8 weeks for completion:

• Professional installation services available in Oslo and surrounding regions
• Customers must ensure wall suitability for shelving installation
• Risk of loss and damage transfers to customer upon delivery
• Delivery delays beyond our control do not constitute grounds for cancellation

Returns and Refunds

Product Warranty

All Thrixxenslozarin shelving products include a 5-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and structural integrity:

• Warranty covers materials and workmanship defects
• Does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, or accidents
• Normal wear and tear is not covered
• Warranty is non-transferable and applies to original purchaser only
